Start with being in the right place at the right time. In our case, this meant being at the forefront of modern-day seniors’ housing in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s when the idea of developing accommodation that seniors wanted to live in versus what they needed to meet their healthcare requirements was really coming to fruition.
Heather Green founded Greenhouse in 1994 after having held two leadership roles in the industry. Patrick Boult and Sylvia Watts, both industry veterans, joined in 2011 and 2014, respectively; Patrick as Chief Operating Officer and partner and Sylvia as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.
