Shepherd Terrace had been enjoying a decade of high occupancy without much effort. We had a healthy waiting list and were consistently above 96% occupancy. Over eighteen months, our occupancy started decreasing, and the waitlist disappeared. We decided to engage Greenhouse to assist us with performing a marketing audit.

The report highlighted issues and made several recommendations to improve our programs and services and prepare a marketing plan that we never needed before. We made many changes as a result of the marketing audit, and within 12 months, we had gone from under 80% occupancy back to high 90’s.
